  • This poem is fantastic.
You really know how to convey a sense of rawness and strong emotion.
It's very edgy and hard. Overall, wonderful.
There could be some commas or semi-colons in places that need more pausing, but towards the end, it felt more natural and was able to flow the way it should.
Great job! :) Check out mine pleeasse?:)

  • I love this poem. Its hard to explain but its so urban. Its got that "lets comment on the world" feeling that many have a hard time pulling off but you do it so brilliantly.I feel good, for the first time/In forever. Lights may be red/But I'll stop when I feel like it, godammnit-These lines were intrinsically powerful. It symbolizes the reckless youth and the whole sensitivity in "feeling good" is amazing. Why dive deeper into the imagery, right? Its almost like you dont have to explain why, just accept that life is good. I like the tone the most though. It personifies the "gimme gimme" attitude of todays youth. I dont know if I overanalyzed but that's what I got out of it.
