Somewhere in My Room - Comments

• Even at 14 you were amazing :) The thought that you portrayed to us, I am sure most of us feel the same. I have a journal as well and this is exactly how I feel about it. Only my everything is in those pages, and no one will know what those everythings are. Great work here!

• Oh my, this is beautiful. You've got such a descriptive way of writing, and such a beautiful way of setting up this poem. It's touched my heart <3

• This actually made me cry.
Loser right? lol
This is incredible. Especially since you wrote this when you were only fourteen. You truely have a gift.

Favorite excerpt:
"Each unwhispered wish is written,
and each unuttered prayer is said.
Each time I write, I pour out my heart in ink:"

• You wrote this when you were 14? O:
Wow, it's amazing

Over and over I write your name,
etching it deeper and deeper into my heart, soul, and mind. I don't know why, but that part really got to me :3

• The imagery is balanced well. Not too much, not too little. Always a good thing. :)
I like the whole theme of writing in the book, because usually people don't actually take note of that in their poetry. Usually, they kind of ignore that they're writing it all down, so the fact that you took notice and put it into a poem is cool!
I like it! :) I do wish it rhymed, but... that's just because... well, I'm me. Rhyme freak, haha. :D Either way, it's a very good poem!
