Since I like your writing, I painfully read it. Painfully not because it was a bad poem. It was a wonderful poem. Painfully because of the layout. It's kind of hard to read and my eyes have to strain a lot.
I'm kind of a poem editor and I see these things sometimes, so you're not alone, but sometimes a simple layout is the best layout. This layout is nice, but it's hard to read. I really liked the poem though.
The poem itself was !!! amazing. It seems like something that we would have read in HonEng12 during explorations of classic poetry, or something like that. Something that would have been published and stayed relevant through many years, I think. You have a true talent, and I hope you write more soon!
