I like how you create imagery about how God made everything so perfect, even the the contrasts. It sounds so interesting and sounds so right. It just fits, you know?
It was a little weird that you mentioned a girls bum in your moment catching poem. Although it could be true it sounds so wrong when you mentioned God. And how great God is. I'm not saying in perfect but it made me stop to think which is good. Like don't most major religions say to lower your gaze and not talk on and on about your sins? It kind if justifies it I guess. Makes it easier to do, so that's why we should avoid it I guess. I don't know exactly so let me know your thoughts.
Overall nice poem, I'm glad I caught that article on the main page.
@discoveringclouds, i'm not sure what you're getting at but i think you have me confused for a religious person. i'm not trying to justify and i'm certainly not trying to avoid anything. but i don't believe that admiration (however lustful) of this amazing human body is sinful in the slightest. that girls bum was as much part of that day as sitting over the harbour, a smaller part sure, but still a beautiful part nonetheless. :) i'm not even sure what i was trying to get at with this honestly but it definitely wasn't a religious statement. a spiritual statement maybe, but i still dont know what that moment meant. sorry if i offended you but at least i made you think ;) and thank you for sharing your thoughts
