    I love this poem so much. It's very nostalgic in the way little things, like a fold of a shirt, washing the shirt you wore while meeting him.

    #7 is the most relatable. Blame your depressive disorder on your tendency to box yourself in and hold your own head underwater. It's so powerful because I think when people have hard breakups and on person is effected more than the other one, it makes us act differently, it makes us act irrational and self destructive, I think. Like holding your own head underwater...Things we do when we're depressed or spiraling into a depression it's insane but better than actually feeling because doing those insane things numbs feelings and makes living slightly bearable.
