Okay so the reason I chose this one as my second comment was because of literally how much I can relate to this. I went to a 'lunch and learn' session at my work the other week about getting rid oft he stigma of mental health and had to explain to an entire room full of adults that anxiety isn't just "a wee bit of worry", as one of the people said. It's like this -- your chest goes, you feel like you can't breathe, you can't talk to anyone for fear of what they'll say or for fear of them telling you you've failed them. So this is a good poem, but not in the sense that it's "nice", if you get what I'm saying? Again, it's just really raw and really hits home for me, especially with the way you've written it - they short lines within the stanzas just hit like bullets, really.

For me, this poem exemplifies everything I can't explain to people when they ask about anxiety. I don't know if it's about that or a different disorder, but it really does illustrate that mental health isn't just some sort of snazzy fad for people to pretend they have. Wonderful job.
