Nonsense

You may think life
Is a walk in the park
But just wait until it gets dark
The night creatures
Come out to play
And you're left alone
With nothing to say

As the scents of old take you
To a place you never knew
Could exist, in such a small domain
You will forget about the world of plain

Bewildered, you wonder round
The garden of chirpy sounds
Until the birds whither and fade
And spectrums of hatred take their place
Frozen with fright, you are now
Fleeing away from their deadly prowl

Fiery trees stand tall and proud
Towering over you like puffy, rain clouds
Waiting for it to get dark
You hide beneath lonely bark
And wait for the kiss of dawn
To wake you from this horrific morn
