The Real World

I'm not sure if this one is done yet, but this is all I can come up with for now since I'm kind of distracted at the moment, haha.

Occupied with their own lives
They don't know what's going on
Cries throughout the world aren't heard
Others need help, but no one hears them

Hidden away from the real world
With daddy's money, mommy's love
They don't know what's going on
They don't know what's happening
They need to see

Our world's in trouble
Dying hearts, torture starts
No one sees and they're left to hurt
Kids with no parents are fending for themselves
Parents with lost kids, they have no tears left to give
Can't we give a little, live a little for them
For the hurting that they have live through

Seeing everything in black and white
Is it even really alright?
Safe in your own perfect little world
Blinded by the warm, safe light that we call home

We don't see the pain that others live
Everyday of their lives they are needing
Everyday of our lives, we are taking
We take everything for granted

Our world's in trouble
Dying hearts, torture starts
No one sees and they're left to hurt
Kids with no parents are fending for themselves
Parents with lost kids, they have no tears left to give
Can't we give a little, live a little for them
For the hurting they have to live through
