Miraculous Comeback

She is the girl with so many smiles,
held deep inside, they've been buried for
millions of miles.
Such a complex array of emotions,
Antique hearts, they're so easily
broken.
We've tainted with the river,
Don't you notice the color?
Rushing right past, like the millions of
others...just like you.
Beautifully broken.
Just like you.
My pride overexcedes this
clockwork heart.
And these smiles, don't let them part.
They're so beautifully broken,
So hold them tight, they're more than
you can hope, you're so beautifully broken.
And to see you stand up, I'll know that
I can cope, for the beautifully broken. And the
clockwork of Antique hearts. So beautifully broken.

It's not at all what I expected,
but it's so miserable and clever
in the way that only those who know
can really understand.
A broken shard of a once
swept-clean soul,
growing on shaky, but supporting grounds.
So often is the most beautiful things,
the most tainted and broken.
Coming from a person who really never knew.
But how my heart swells to the thought.
We never really understand what is beautiful
without the ugly.
Much more startling is when the beautiful
becomes even more beautiful. than thought.
Broken mirrors, shattered at fall
the reflection they held, well it's not at all
what we expected. But in the end what we
expect helps to bring us to the end.
