Your Walls

Inside our lives it is stormy and angry,
we are on the verge of a breakdown with money and our feelings.

This house seems upside down, destruction in every corner,
a cry baby in the centre of each room.

Every family has its ups and downs,
unpreventable.

And we all know you are the walls that keeps the roof up,
but a puch will make a small hole in you.

Each day i see a new hole in your walls,
taking up all your space.

One day you will have no more strength to bare those holes,
and you will crumble down along with the roof.

But i will be there to catch all your tiny peaces,
and i will take your place to hold up the roof and set you free.

I will be your walls.
