black stains and quiet murmurs

The lies were black stains three fathoms deep
The sighs were all I could keep
The warm embrace melted before it was imposed
Nothing to me glittered like gold
The world was void of all emotion
Happiness like Dust was swept away
I was a rock
Sad and unfeeling
My heart was not moving, hardened since that day
All the color was saturated into black and white
All the sound was as still as night
Calm whispers from far away
Low murmurs still to this day

The sun never rose
The sun never sank
All the while
My poor abused body
Let it's life blood drain down the sink
