Harleen (Forever Gone)

She found her essence that conclusive day
In a city of knights, the brave and bold.
The poor souls she would soon come to betray
With her sanity about to lose hold.

For the he she loved wreaked death and despair
Upon humanity, somber and dim.
The empty ages determined unfair.
The beat of her heart longed only for him.

Never to a full reciprocation
Towards she, was the same adoration spent.
Such thoughts, to he, putrid imprecation.
Yet the girl cherished and could not prevent

losing herself to a poisonous sin;
loving the man with a red Glasgow grin.
