Where are the murdered?
Where are the raped?
Where are the robbed?
Where are the wounded?
The cheated?

Are they drowning in pain,
in sorrow in loss,
in darkness and dread?

Where is the justice?

Where are the killers?
Where are the theives?
Where are the molesters?
The haters and jaders?

Are they behind bars of iron,
or burning in hell-fire where
they belong?

Or are they being released
from their unforgivable crimes,
from their evil deeds?
Are they living it up
while their victims bleed?
