Wildfires, Hurricanes.

Sitting in my room, in the silence, without light
Thinking of the moments when my life seems much more bright
Like when I see her smile, or when I hear her laugh
She made it worthwhile to stray off of my path

Sitting in the corner of my kitchen, all alone
Reflecting on every single embrace I've been shown
Like when I feel her body, when she keeps me warm
Her uncanny innocence, her special little charms

Sitting on my porch, outside in the cold
Contemplating about her inner beauty just so bold
Her strange, dark, lovely eyes, the sincerity they bleed
Her desire to just do good, shes how we all should be

When shes in my arms, I can forget the world's pain
Snuff out any wildfires and clear up all hurricanes
And to me, nothing else matters, I'm perfect where I am
If the world was at war, I wouldn't give a damn

All I know for sure is what she means to me
And now I don't have to waste time despising irony
Like how underneath a full moon, you cannot see the stars
It just doesn't matter because they're perfect where they are
