When I Was Alone

The ancient, undying sun went down,
On the small, abandon town,
Death and Darkness reigned like a king without it’s crown,
People became engulfed in the darkness of evil,
They began a protest and there was an upheaval,
Death’s bell tolled,
He and his minions came flying out from hell,
The King of Darkness laughed at the bell,
Hell on earth had begun,
Many were sent to land up above,
For they believed in the one true God,
Screams came out from the sinner’s lungs,
All were mournful and sobbing,
Blood was splattered upon the doors of many,
The satanic bats did devoured,
The ones who were called cowards,
There was a mother of four,
She took her children and swore,
She got torn in half,
From her head to between her calf,
As the military of the undead,
Whom the devil lead,
My eyes shot open,
I screamed from my bed,
My eyes watered from my realistic nightmare,
Was this real or just fantasy?
Scared crapless in my bed,
I slowly crawled off my land of protection,
The thing that consisted of pillows and blankets,
I peered outside my window sill,
There in our little town was burning buildings,
To burning all the sacred family churches,
I heard cries and calls,
While the time began to stall,
My eyes widened at the sight,
Of what appeared in the light,
Flames and destruction,
Ran through our little town of Unknown,
Killing everyone and leaving me quite alone.
