Seeing In Black and White

the ink spreading through my veins is turning my world black and white.
your face is no longer flushed pink
your eyes no longer those to die for hazel
nothing but bleak and endless darkness

The personalities we once had have been drained from our bodies only leaving behind these vague memories of anguish, agony, joy, paranoia.
One of these days I'll fall asleep without the memory of your name
I will dread the days until then

the bitter sweet taste of innocence being dragged away
Your kisses are like poison to my lips
Your hugs are like death traps
just save me the misery of hanging on to me

I'll look up at the sun during an eclipse
I'll drop a match on a bucketfull of gasoline
I'll drop my respects on the mattress
whatever hurts more than dealing with your grip

I don't love you sweetie
The most you will ever be to me is a space to fill the gap between actual men
because you don't deserve to be called a man
Just like I don't deserve to be called it. You're the it now
