Death's Lullaby

I fall into endless sleep
And walk into Death's
Cold arms, smothered in black silk
Imagine, a funeral behind the sea
Lay down into the cold,
Rose-petalled ground
Lilies placed in my hands
And throw flowers down on me
Stare... life didn't luster
For me, a cold being
Seas beckon coldly
And Death smiles sadly
Mother, take me?
As my hair fall out
Death takes my hand
And shut my coffin
Stop looking at my face
Black silk engulfing
As my eyes shut
