Secret

I have a secret that can't be told,
maybe one day when I'm old,
I shall share it with the whole world.

If I tell,
I'll go to hell.

Something you don't expect from me,
but believe it or not it's true.
My best friend knows and he told me
I love you.

Want to be accepted by friends,
but don't want to scare them away.
Don't know if I should wait for the world to end,
and I'll share my secret one day.

I like two things, I cannot lie,
but will this secret cause me to die?

Day in day out,
all I do is pout.
Everyone wants to know what my secret is about.

The wind blows and I go with it,
if you ask me I won't admit to it.

I know why the caged bird sings,
it is because it likes two things.

One day my secret will be free,
and I you will love me for me.
