What God has Done

Although my life has been very rough,
There was always someone who would try hard enough,
To make my life easier,
And helped me see,
That this world isn’t just about me.
Yes I have had my ups and downs,
But the ups still had hidden frowns.
My world never had happiness, until he came.
Now my life will never be the same.
Every morning when I see the sun,
I’ll always remember what my lord has done.
He created this universe; he created you and me,
And he created this nation that lives in the free.
So just remember when you take your next breath,
That’s an extra gift thrown on your step.
God is great,
He can save,
Just let him in,
Because he'll save the day.
