Someone and Another

Every time someone does good,
Another must do something bad,
And every time someone is happy,
Another must feel so sad.

Every time someone is born,
Another must lay down and die,
And every time someone laughs,
Another must sit there and cry.

Every time someone falls in love,
Another must begin to hate,
And every time someone agrees,
Another must start a debate.

Every time someone makes a friend,
Another must start a feud,
And every time someone is polite,
Another must act so rude.

Every time someone is quick,
Another must take so long,
But just because someone is right,
Does not mean another is wrong.
