Did you hear our prayers?

I prayed today, I hope you heard.
Millions of people prayed today,
Did you hear our calls?
Your brothers morn this week,
Do you feel there sorrow?
Your wife cries now,
I hope you can heal her pain.
Your family is calling you Jimbo,
Do you hear there please from there?
Hearts are in sorrow Jimmy,
Can you feel the despair.
Innocents in an adult,
Edited cannot be found.
Can you hear our prayers Jimmy?
Their there for you.
Life began for ya Jimbo,
But cursed like all mortals,
Death’s touch had been granted.
Our prayers Jimmy,
I know you hear ‘em.
I see you try to wipe those tears with your out stretched hands.
Your trying to be strong,
The innocents is all but fled.
Did you hear our prayers Jimmy?
There all there for you to hold till we get there.
Afterlife is where you stand.
Do you hear our prayers now?
Will you wait for those close to you?
I know you will.
A hero,
In such a lengthy body.
No edits Jimmy,
Just freehand.
No matter what they say Jimbo,
You’re a legend,
A hero.
Someone everyone looked up to.
Thank you Jimmy, for hearing our prayers.
Thank you Jimmy, for being an outstanding man.
Did you get our prayers Jimmy?
Did you get them now?
Must be hard to hear them way up there..
You must have heard them,
Your spirit's right there.
You wait now Jimmy,
There’s much more to be said.
You may not be able to reply Jimmy,
But you can hear them from where you stand.
Have fun rocking in the afterlife,
Give them hell kid.
Because from where I sit,
You’ve gotten our prayers.
There in your heart Jimmy,
There right there in your hand.
Keep your hears open,
For there’s many more aimed your way.
There’s millions more,
Just understand.
Forever missed,
But never forgotten.
Have fun in your little piece of heaven,
And wait for us all,
In the afterlife.

This was written all by freehand, whatever came to thought was written down. This is for The Rev, because he, even though I've never met him, made a huge impact on my life. He's my idol and hero, and as the saying goes. The good die young.
