Darkness

The darkness surronds me
it won't disappear.
I wonder why it won't take me from here.
The darkness consumes me, it smothers my soul.
It buries me down in a deep hole.
I'm up then I'm down I'm always spun round,
the darkness won't let go of my soul this time round.
