Running on Adrenaline
My heart beats
I'm awake
Everyone sleeps.
The dreaded thoughts
Seep into the dreary night sky.
I have no escape.
Without sleep.
I do not dream.
The room so dark
So I can try.
The more I lay.
The more aware I am.
Insomnia
A disease
Killing me unawarely.
I cry. I sigh.
I cannot escape.
The unfourtunate happenings
Of fate.
That day.
Crazy ideas pass.
Wild emotions rage.
I have no control.
My heart beats too fast.
And then I crash.
Black Out.
Faint.
