A Snow Kiss

I barely see the moon,
Heavy clouds pass overhead.
A chilly midnight breeze is always welcome.
I walk about alone, engulfed by dark and gloom.
Autumn leaves, they fall. Blown away on the wind.
And spring flowers are like lights in the night,
Scattered in the dead summer grass.
But where is my winter wonderland?
High up on the hills over beginnings new.
Cold snow, on the mountains.
See the snowflakes falling,
They bring love.
Slowly melting on your hand,
A patch of cool,
A snow kiss.
