Poem of Darkness

Despair brings dark in the oddest ways;
night is dark and dark is day;
through thick and thin,
the dark within, will take over,
it will win.

Open up yourselves to it,
stay calm,
don't fret,
no need for fits.

Just surrender,
let it take over,
for forever you'll be sober.

Let the darkest night think its will,
but there's always hope somewhere still.
Through the gloom, the light will come soon.

Dark is night and night brings day,

Within the dark, the light will stay.
