The UP Album

The school is blanketed by the blackness of the night
And the stars begin to appear from behind the clouds;
The building that is hidden in the darkness
Shows three teenagers walking up to the porch.

They glance up at the heavenly bodies
And point out all the constellations;
The small, bright lights shine down on them
And they do what college people do.

One stands up
His elbow propped up on the rail;
His eyes looking to his left,
His face shows a distant expression.

The other one places his foot on the low rail
And his hands on the top rail;
His head towards the sky,
He admires the creation above.

Last but not the least,
He crosses his arms over his chest;
He stares up ahead,
Away from the rails.
