Living A Heartbreak

People take the wrong step,
they always seem to make the wrong choice.
In this process it keeps continuing.

There is no trust left where there was,
no loyalty or true love in relationships.
Heartbreak hits you from every corner,
hurting more each time it strikes.

The victims don't even see it coming,
the only warning they have are tears we cry.
Life is never fair at any moment,
learning to deal with pain is learning to live.

So being broken is part of a cycle,
without it you can not continue.
If pain strikes don't just cower in the corner,
face the fear and continue.
