There are so many things that love is
But the best way to describe it is this:

Love is gentle and soothing to the soul
Love is something that makes you whole
Love is a mother to the newborn foal
Love is a thing that should never grow old

Love is an emotion that starts revolutions
Love is a feeling that has no solution
Love is greater than the greatest oceans
Love can find ways to cause such confusion

Love is worth more than the lies and deceit
Love is worth more than a desperate plea
Love is worth trying hard to not disagree
Love is worth giving a chance to you and me

And even after all of this,
There's so much more that love is.
