Threatened

So many things have threatened me today,
The light,
The noise,
The sight of my ex.

It made me sick to my stomach,
just to say "hi",
Doesn't he see what he's doing to me?
Doesn't he see me cry?

The tears have threatened two times today,
my headaches increase,
my stomach churns faster,

I hate you for what you did to me,
So why won't you just leave me be?

So many things have threatened me today,
I just want them to go away.
