dear diary,
here i sit
yet again
sharing all my thoughts of him,
the excitement i get
when i see him smile
the sparkle, twinkle, gleam
in his eyes
the things ive seen upon these pages
of agony and despair
ive told you of
my full lifes tale
since i was young
just barely five
i wrote on these pages
every night
the small crushes id had
silly jokes id made
fights with friends
who ive became
ive grown so much
over the years
that i love to read
the petty things
that used to mean
so much to me
upon these pages
here i write
my lifes tale
in the dead of night
