Ace in the Hole

I’ve never experienced a love quite like this
A love that’s an ace
It’s something that’s a heavenly bliss
Something like Lady Luck’s embrace
Finding you was pure luck
Not an easy task in this world
And I’m not playing this game on your heart for a quick buck
And no, this isn’t a dream world
If it was, I’d be mad
Someone as perfect as you is impossible to find twice
A joker of sorts if I might add
My one and only vice
But that won’t happen again because you’re my ace in the hole
You complete my body and soul.

Well, this is just a simple sonnet I wrote for my English 10 class. It's about my friend (who I love dearly) and there is an extended metaphor of cards and aces in it. The girl I wrote it about is pretty much everything to me. I love her so much and I'm glad that I've gotten a chance to write something about her. I know it's not perfect, and it could use some work, but it's just for an assignment. xD I'd love some constructive critisism on how to improve it. <3
