Tears I Shed

These tears I shed,
rolling down my cheeks,
dripping off my chin,

These tears I shed,
are full of pain,
hearbreak,
and controlled anger.

These tears I shed,
leaking from my eyes,
blotching my skin red,
causing me to shake.

These tears I shed,
contain fear,
so full of despair,
and forlorn.

These tears I shed,
constantly fall from my eyes,
usually when I am alone.

But these tears I shed,
threaten to come,
when I wish them away.

These tears I shed,
form when I see her,
when I hear her voice,
am lost in her emerald eyes.

These tears I shed,
roll down my cheeks,
because of her.

These tears I shed,
droplets of water,
raindrops from the eyes,
These are tears I shed.

These tears I shed,
could be stopped,
if only someone would save me.

But these tears I shed,
will never be stopped,
