Water Fall

She nearly slipped on the rough rock that had been licked at and gnawed on by the crystal clear water, and she walked up the slightly worn path through the rusty brown weeping willow and the jade green forest that surrounded her. She had been here many times before, and like always she was mesmerized by the worn down rocks that were now as smooth as glass from the years of water washing over them. As she slipped off her dark blue sandals she felt the velvety water engulf her ankles in a chilling temperature. She watched the shimmering water fall just feet in front of her, noticing that nothing could be more beautiful than the way the streaks of light filtered through the canopy of green above her.
She didn't just think about the one thing at a time, like the shallow waves rippling and breaking over her feet or the humid breeze making its way around the trees and clashing against her body. She was captivated by everything around her, she couldn't understand how anything could be more breath taking, than this sight.
