My Diamond

My diamond.

He is more precious then a diamond
Yet people see him as a coal
He steals my breath before inhaled
Yet leaves the sweetest glow
He shines more radiant then the moon itself
Yes! Thy self more awe-striking!
He makes my heart a hammer
Pounding against its cage to go to him
Every essence of my being yearns
Yearns! To be his and only his
My mind never less preoccupied
Always thinking of him
Even without eyes could someone know
Know! That he is the very reason the earth revolves!
His heart has known true damage
Life is but a sick twisted joke
Yet still he burns brighter then the sun
Compare him to the gods and even they wither when related!
Relate to the beauty of thy soul, thy essenceā€¦ Thy self!

Sadly, I don't know if there will be anymore poems like this. My inspiration might have to leave....
