Poem with out a title; but with a cause
You are weak and so scared
That you dangle my emotions to feel secure
You took my love to kill and to forget what we shared
And we’ll never have the chance to mature
Words stutter as stares fade
But not as much as confidence
I proved it to you my self-esteem is built upon man made
You proved it to me your emotions are dead conscience
Like a label you peel right off
But somehow you’re never easy to read
I am hurt but yet I have not had enough
You are more than a want you are a need
That you dangle my emotions to feel secure
You took my love to kill and to forget what we shared
And we’ll never have the chance to mature
Words stutter as stares fade
But not as much as confidence
I proved it to you my self-esteem is built upon man made
You proved it to me your emotions are dead conscience
Like a label you peel right off
But somehow you’re never easy to read
I am hurt but yet I have not had enough
You are more than a want you are a need
