How Could They Love Her?

What is keeping her here?
Is it the thought of her parents finding her dead?
the water that fills their eyes while they dred?

But she doesn't care anymore
If they find her dead she would be happy to watch their hearts fill with sorrow
She might finnally she that they care about her
Even though in the past it was hard to see with the bruises and marks they lay upon her
and the foul language they yelled

How could they possible love her
she messes up every day
and she will never be perfect

Everyday she asks herself the same question,
"Why was I even born?"
Why does she have to live to hide their abusive lie?
Because all it's doing is breaking her down inside.
