I'm Content
I'm content
Not a sitting on the wooden bench reading a book on a beautiful spring Sunday, content.
Not content enough to forget my worries.
Not content enough to really want to be in school.
But a sitting here with a friend laughing and being glad I'm alive, content.
Content like getting lost in your head, wandering.
Content like being allowed to eat a lollipop in the middle of class.
Content like just sitting here.

Shannon and I wrote this during English. You could be like our English teacher and dissect the poem, but to us it's talking about the little things in life that we take for granted.
