Angel/Vampire Love
Angel and Vampire, what can
This love mean for them?
One in the sunlight, while one
Hides in blessed darkness
Away from sunlight that could
Cause so much unbearable pain
She is beautiful with fair skin,
Flowing locks of golden hair, white robes,
And feathery white wings
He is beautiful to her with his
Pale skin, raven-black shoulder length hair,
The darkness around him, and
The way his black eyes follow her as
She passes by him
He reaches a sharp finger-nailed hand
Towards her and she reaches for him, but
She is torn away from him as another
Angel takes her from the evil that she longs
To be with
He snarls, showing sharp, enlonged canines, as he
Watches her disappear with fear and anger
The sun comes and he flees in terror
Into an abandoned building, pondering a plan
To bring her to him as the deadly sun
Continues to rise on the horizon
Day quickly passes to night as he continues to
Plan for her freedom and let their love
Grow together while raveling in
Each other's beauty
He leaves his home of darkness and seeks
The place, which the angels carried his
Lover too, finding a place of white fog and
Sweet angelic singing, but he's not fray by the beauty
Of this place as he quickly finds the one he looks for
He reaches for her through the bars and she takes
His hand gently in hers, pressing her lips to the pale skin
He smiles and frees her from the cage,
Taking her away with him back to a place that they
Could call their home and no one could
Steal their love that night or ever again
