A while ago i could have seen you,
I could have breathed you,
Watched you walk away.

I could have woken up with a smile on my face.
A while ago i was invisible to you,
I was totally see through,
A ghost in a wall always watching and wanting you.
A while ago, my cheeks were on fire,
As you said a word you'd say to anyone else.
A while ago, i knew what love was,
I knew it was wonderful, powerful, so loveable.
