Pull the plug

Staring into the mirror
Nothing you're seeing is clear
Trapped in this allusion
There's no escaping your own confusion
In a maze of guilt, your so weakly built
No where to run, you can't hide from the gun
Crippled with sadness, all you can see is the darkness,
Trying to pull you away, so you can't get through the day
The evil is right below your skin
Threatening to come to the surface again
Your vision is blurring,
Yet you catch a glimpse of what you've become
Wishing you could be numb
Then the pain could go away.
Now there is nothing left to say,
So you pull the plug, and you'll be okay.
