That sensation of falling is something I long for.
It's something that reminds me of you. Your
Vow to stay, your vow to catch me. And when
You say, 'if you fall, I'll catch you.' I believe you,
So I take it. The leap of faith. When I fall, everything
Comes rushing past me. All I hear is the sound of
My heart beat, and the sound of your heart beat.
Plunging deep into your embrace, I feel safe.
But I want to do it again. Can I do it again?
If I fall, once again, for you, will you catch me then?
You promised me forever, but forever was obviously
Long enough for you to change your mind.
So when you come falling all over yourself
For me, know I won't catch you and pick up
What was left behind. Not even a single
Fallen tear of your's will I catch.

So, for the sake of the sensation, I jump
Once again, and this time, no one will catch me.
I will take flight, and never again will I fall.
I will fly.
