You are the most flawless thing I’ve come across
Nostalgia overspills in Past Tense
You are the most invaluable I’ve ever to lost
The gold of the green kills in Future Tense
I will regret and refuse the pain after the lose
Between you and pulling teeth, I’d rather choose-
The teeth-

I daresay you are Past Perfect
You could see what was underneath
But was it ever worth it?
I would live back to the perfect past
And make sure that time that it would last
Make sure this time that I’m perfect, too-
Yet I’d never be perfect enough for you
