Drink For The Memories.

Standing in this empty house,
And look out to the yard.
At the broken glass and broken hearts,
Littering the lawn.

The thrill had wrecked my arm,
And the tattoo on my wrist.
My heart still beats and pumps,
The pulse fades everyday.

So sit and bite your tongue,
And tell them how you're find.
So hold your faith, it still exists,
Just harder to identify.

And if you spill a little blood,
You'll create a fucking riot!
And I'm scared of the future,
Whilst you wear it like a shirt.

We'll curse our past forever,
Damn the lives of ten years gone.
Reeling. Clutching.
Losing feeling.

And you couldn't see past,
The alcohol, you strive to be a star.
When you're reeling in the morning,
I will stop your heart from puking.

And you'll regret it,
When have you ever meant it?
Leave the heartbreak, high on ammunition,
Crushed in the mud and inner-written.
