darkness slowly creeps up on the unsuspecting
waiting to consume all in its tighting grasp
befor to long all will sleep
in the sheets of night's bed
only to awake when the sun a rises
in the early dawn
leaveing the darkness no choice but to retreit
back to its hidden home away from the light
the light's ever so long surch for the darkness
will never come to an end for night time will come
