The Devil's Never Me

Why, yes.
I do wear Jack Wills,
I do have blonde hair,
And I do speak Latin

I'm the one that, stereotypically,
You hate,
Because I'm thick, cold,
Plastic.

You'd think
I was a bitch
With plastic facades
And friendless Barbie dolls.

But has it ever occurred you, perhaps
I'm as me
As you are you?

Thought,
That I'm as flesh
As you are blood
That I'm really not pretending?

So just because I'm laughing,
Doesn't mean it's at you,
You could say you're scared of me-
Maybe I'm scared of you.

And not all those are like me, but look
And you'll finally see;
The Devil isn't Prada-clad

Perhaps the Devil isn't me?
