Words of A Nimrod

It was when they came into my life
They made me feel okay
Forget the guilt and fuck the strife
Was what they would probably say

They took me through my coloured mind
And taught me how to live
I already know the world's not kind
Even when there's more to give

Was for three amazing guys

They plug in their big guitars
And the drums thwack out a beat
As they ignore the business cars
Of society's most hated meat

I'd follow them to the end of time
To listen to their opposing eulogy
About digging up the bones and grime
Of the crimes that floated out to sea

And in the words of Laurie L
I have one thing left to say
"Everyone get's two parents
But there's only one Green Day'
