But I will not be labeled
I may have many traits that are different for someone like me
I wear skinny jeans
I listen to alternative, rock, and sometimes screamo music
My hair is thick, dark, and always straight
However, I’m odd because this is who I am
And oh right! I’m black
But those traits don’t classify me as the same as someone else
I am my own person
I am me
