sizzling, popping, crashing, watching

as i face the scattering hours,
i wish you're here while i cower
from all the lonely, broken towers
that want to crash aside the breeze
that took out every roaring sea
and ocean that spread wide apart.
i see your face hidden in the dark.
one last kiss before i hide
away from towering, monstrous tides
that wash out every hopeless person.
i wish you're here while i lay broken.
my heart's shaped just like a circle
and there are splotches of black and purple,
yet cracks of light scattered throughout
consume my flesh, and i don't shout
as all these things are happening.
i'll wish you're here while you are napping.
