You know that person in the corner?
That's me.
The person you just ignore,
The person you can't see.

You're all laughing and having a good time,
It's like I'm not even there,
I say I'm leaving soon,
But you don't seem to care.

You know my name,
That's all you know,
You don't care who I am,
Whether I stay or go.

When I go you won't see,
You won't care why,
You'll never remember me,
Or the day I said goodbye.

I could stay in the corner forever,
Or I could be gone today,
you still wouldn't notice,
You wouldn't care either way.

Maybe I'll stay for awhile,
Alone with nothing to do,
You just keep on hating me,
Even if I've never talked to you.
