Break The Habit

Why don’t you just drop dead?
Sick and tired of all your shit,
You just need to be in bed
And dream nightmares forever.
Breathe no more
Slam the door on your beating heart.
Hope to bruise it
Maybe even break it.
You’re a master of hearts, lies, and failed relationships,
You break, you tell, you betray.
Have some pity,
Others aren’t as evil
As your mind proves to be.
As if you made the deal.
Your body portrays the perfect gentleman,
But I’m not a fool anymore.
I see through you
And I see a cracked mirror.
I see apart of myself in you.
A lesson of trial and error.
I know the truth
Because I’m the truth of you.
The habit is hard to break,
But break it shall someday.
